Becoming a member of the Association is easy. Applications are accepted year round, with the membership period running from January to December. There are 4 different levels of membership: Active, Associate, Youth, and Associate Youth (see below). As a paid member of ANYSYC, members will receive a welcome package including a membership certificate, brochure, access to on-line newsletters, training notifications, a NYS Youth Court directory, and travel allowances for quarterly meetings determined upon need. All levels of membership are invited to attend quarterly meeting which are hosted by different Youth Courts throughout the state. At the quarterly meetings, ANYSYC basic business is discussed, committees report back on progress, new ideas and projects are introduced, a training component is presented, lunch is provided and opportunities for networking with Youth Court staff from around the state abound.
